Biography:
Commissioner Heller is the principal of paperpen.com, which does internet design, development and strategy. He was elected to the Board of Commissioners in 2007 and currently serves as the liaison to the Springfield Township Planning Commission.

Mr. Heller sits on the Board of Directors of Hope Lodge, a historic, Georgian-style mansion located in Fort Washington, and the Independence Hall Association in Philadelphia. He is a member of the Ad-Hoc Historians of Philadelphia, and serves on the Advisory Committee for the President's House in Philadelphia. Prior to seeking elected office Mr. Heller was a volunteer member of the Springfield Township Communications Committee, and was a vocal supporter of the effort to save the Black Horse Inn.
