Biography:
Commissioner Harbison was elected to the Board of Commissioners in 2005 and presently serves as its President.  Commissioner Harbison’s portfolio includes the Internal Affairs Committee, and liaison to the Environmental Advisory Commission.  In addition to these duties he also serves as one of two commissioner liaisons to the Springfield Township Emergency Services Board.  Mr. Harbison is the President of the Wyndmoor Civic Association, Former Board Chairman of the Wilma Theater, and current President of the American Running Association.  He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Friends of the Wissahickon.
