The Board of Commissioners of Springfield Township has adopted the 1981 Building Officials and Code Administrators (BOCA) Property Maintenance Code regulations for all private properties within the Township.

All property owners are responsible for keeping their properties in workman-like condition. Please be advised that grass must be maintained at a height not to exceed twelve inches (12") in height, bushes and hedges must be neatly trimmed, and all yards must be free of any accumulated debris.
